PAUL M. DOOLITTLE SPEAKS AT THE 72ND ANNUAL WORKERS’ COMPENSATION EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE

The 72nd Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference® and the 29th Annual Safety and Health Conference was held on August 6-9, 2017, in Orlando, Florida. Focusing on national workers’ compensation and occupational safety and health industries, this annual conference has evolved into a meeting of colleagues with distinguished presenters from all parts of the country and an unprecedented number of breakout sessions – all designed to provide significant learning and value.

A. , shared his expertise, vast knowledge, and humor to the panel discussion on the topic of Adjusters, Employers and the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP). Along with Kristina Hall, District Director for the 6th District, U.S. Department of Labor in Jacksonville, Florida, and Christopher “Bo” Boyd, Attorney with Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd in Jacksonville, Florida, the session included the substantive and procedural requirements placed on the claims professional for practice before the OWCP, such as filing requirements, best practices, legal procedures and potential pitfalls to avoid.
