PAUL M. DOOLITTLE, ESQ., CONTRIBUTES HIS EXPERTISE TO THE LONGSHORE TEXTBOOK, SEVENTH EDITION.

The recently released seventh edition of  The Longshore Textbook is said to be a necessity for all attorneys representing Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims as well as Defense Base Act claims. Among its contents, this extensively rewritten text contains newly revised chapters, as well as the full text of the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Paul M. Doolittle, Esq. , of  Doolittle & Tucker, P.A.  in Jacksonville, Florida, contributed his comprehensive expertise by co-authoring  Chapter 21: Mediating Cases Brought Pursuant to the LHWCA and its Extensions . The extensions to the Longshore Act include the Defense Base Act, among others. Mr. Doolittle is considered one of the best Longshore and Defense Base Act mediators in the country so his contributions will be of benefit to both the claimant and defense bars. Congratulations to Mr. Doolittle, and the rest of the contributors, on this great achievement.
