Zach specializes in the areas of the Defense Base Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, along with Florida workers’ compensation. In fact, over the course of his career, Zach has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Zach represents clients under the Longshore and Defense Base Acts all over the United States and in other countries across the world.

While in law school, Zach was a three-year Mock Trial member, competing in national competitions across the country. Upon graduation, Zach began his career with Paul M. Doolittle, P.A., later becoming partner and renaming the firm to Doolittle & Tucker, P.A. – a nationally recognized Longshore and Defense Base Act law firm. After his partner, Paul Doolittle, retired from active law practice, Zach joined forces with Rudolph, Israel, and Ellis to create the powerhouse law firm – RITE Law.

Zach is a member of the nationwide organization Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) – created to fight for the rights of injured workers across the country. Zach is currently the WILG Longshore section co-chair, responsible for organizing two national Longshore conferences with speakers and topics to further educate practitioners. WILG’s Board of Directors has awarded Zach the recognition of “Nation’s Top Injured Workers’ Attorneys” every year since 2016.

In addition, Zach is a board member of the Florida Workers’ Advocacy group, which is a statewide organization fighting the good fight for injured workers. Zach is also an executive board member of the E. Robert Williams Inns of Court – an invitation-only organization of judges, mediators, defense and claimant attorneys dedicated to professionalism and the ethical practice of law in the area of workers compensation.

Zach Tucker received Super Lawyers Rising Stars designation in 2019 and again in 2020, a designation recognizing only the top 2.5% of attorneys in Florida. He was selected for this honor subsequent to undergoing an evaluation of many different factors including peer recognition and professional achievement. Super Lawyers has also recognized Zach as a “Top Rated Workers’ Compensation Attorney in Jacksonville.”
