WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “NATURE” & “EXTENT” OF DISABILITY UNDER THE DEFENSE BASE ACT (DBA)?

Video Transcription:

Under the DBA nature refers to the duration of your injury, and extent refers to the degree of your injury. Your injury is either temporary in nature or it's permanent in nature. At the same time it's either partial or it's total. They essentially determine what type of disability benefits that you're entitled to.
