IF MY AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY SEND A REQUEST FOR ME TO DO A RECORDED STATEMENT, DO I HAVE TO COMPLY?

Video Transcription:

If your adjuster requests a recorded statement following an accident you are typically contractually obligated to comply with that request. I personally appear with all my clients during the recorded statements but I do allow it. In the event that the at fault drivers adjuster or adjusters are requesting a recorded statement, you in most cases do not have to comply and you should consult an attorney before doing so.
